Sales Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at ALSHAHEEN Specialized Services in Abu Dhabi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding client needs, offering solutions, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in Abu Dhabi market
  • Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Cleaning and Maintenance industry dealing with Specialized Services such as AC Duct Cleaning, Kitchen Exhaust, Water Tank Cleaning, etc.. 
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Previous experience in sales or relevant field is a plus.
